I wanted
to let you know how much I admire and support the work of the
Israel Children’s Cancer Foundation, which is providing
critical funding to major pediatric cancer centers in Israel.
As you have noted, approximately 500 children are diagnosed
with cancer each year in Israel, making cancer the number one
disease killer of children in Israel. There is a strong need
to provide a quality medical care to these children, and your
organization can truly make a difference in their lives.
I am impressed, also, by the Medical
Advisory Council you have put together to review grant
requests.
